| Good apartment in an excellent location, with many shops for take out and food just nearby, which for our short stay was just what we needed. It was fabulous to have a place to have breakfast and midday rest stop. We will use them again. |

Titre : Marais Beaubourg Braque |
| This beautiful apartment and amazingly historic neighbourhood gave us an unforgetable time in Paris. It was perfect. Well styled, clean and practical. Thank you so much Jean-Pierre. You were so organised and helpful. My only regret was that I didn't get to say goodbye and thank you in person. Hopefully we can return to Paris soon and stay with RentParis again. |

| Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier fort animé avec un grand choix de commerces alimentaires-appartement au calme et très lumineux sur les toits de Paris
Adapté à maximum 2 personnes car chambre et salle d'eau très étroites
Il serait souhaitable de prévoir rideaux plus épais pour chambre car désagréable d'être réveillés avec lumière du jour dès lever du soleil (vers 6h )
Accueil sympathique et équipe à votre disposition pour toute info -appartement bien équipé et très propre |

Titre : Quaint Flat In A Great Location |
| ean-Pierre was a very gracious host and provided great communication, and he was there to greet us for our stay in this darling flat.
The flat was very clean and had all the provisions we needed. It is in a very good location with regard to metro, shops, patisseries, and walking distance to Notre Dame and the the Pompidou. I would recommend this flat and would stay here again. |

Titre : Great Apartment and Service! |
| This was my second time renting the Canal St. Martin unit on rue Bouchardon from RentParis within the past three years. As usual, the apartment was lovely and had everything I needed. I also received superior customer service from the time I arrived until it was (sadly) time to leave. I have already picked out my next RentParis apartment for my next visit to Paris! :-) |

| love the stay and our vacation. location is great , close to everything. Enjoy the cafe and shops close by and the Seine. Trustworthy service, called for wash machine not working, Jean-Pierre came in to show us how to work it, appreciated him just stop by for a miner issue. Would stay again! |

| Our apartment at 6 Rue Rambuteau was charming, perfectly situated and good value for money. Nice little kitchen, good washer/dryer, very French. Marais district is very lively, walking distance from Louvre, Notre Dame, Boulevard St Michel etc. Thank you. Jean-Pierre was a perfect host. We would stay again in a flash. |

Titre : Big by Paris standards |
| This is a nice little apartment for a visit to Paris. Like many places we have stayed there are positives and negatives, I always hope that the positives will outweigh the negatives and I would say it was almost a draw. There are newer appliances if you are going to eat in, unfortunately many of the items are complicated to use and there was no“user manual” for some of them. A book with instructions of the various systems in the apartment and instructions on their operation would go a long way. The living and dining areas are nice, bright and roomy. We stayed in mid September so the weather was warm but not hot, when the windows were open for ventilation the apartment was very noisy. I would caution staying in the heat of summer as there is no air conditioning and I think the apartment would be quite hot. There are two metro stops that are very close so getting around was a breeze, we walked most of the time and found that most of the major attractions were within a manageable walk. The bed was comfortable enough but there was no mattress pad to give you extra separation from the mattress. There is ample storage for your personal items and lots of hanging storage. The washroom was fairly compact given the size of the apartment and the bidet was all but unusable. The property managers were very helpful, friendly and attentive when we had an issue. |

| We really loved this apartment; small but very workable. The location is great! While we had a small problem with the television, Jean-Pierre and Fabrice took care of it promptly. We love renting from these guys; never had anything but a wonderful experience with them and RenParis |
