- In the heart of the 3rd arrondissement, less than 100 meters from the Rambuteau metro station (Line 11), you’ll be a 5-minute walk from the Centre Pompidou (Beaubourg) and its avant-garde exhibitions.

- A 10-minute walk away: the majestic Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Musée des Arts et Métiers, and the lively streets of Le Marais—ranked among the most picturesque in Paris.
